Standard shipping for in-stock golf clubs typically takes 3-5 business days. Custom-built clubs or specialized shafts may require an additional 7-10 days for assembly and tuning.
Can I return a golf club if I have already used it on the range?
We offer a 30-day playability guarantee on select new clubs. If you are not satisfied, you can return them for store credit, provided they show only normal signs of use and no structural damage.
Do you offer professional club fitting services?
Yes, GolfStar Direct provides virtual fitting consultations and has several physical partner locations where you can get measured for the correct loft, lie, and shaft flex.
Are the products sold on GolfStar Direct authentic?

How do I track my order?
